Acute Episodic Care NP Clinic

PEFHT Nurse Practitioners will provide acute episodic care and short-term follow-up care for patients of PEFHT physicians in their absence. (Absence due to hospitalist duties). 

Next-day or same-day appointments will be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Nurse Practitioners will not be doing any follow-up post-appointment and patients are to follow up with their regular primary care provider.
