Hike for Hospice 2024
Hike for Hospice is back, and PEFHT's Cardiac Rehab has created a team called Hearts for Hospice.
We have 28 days in May to walk and help raise funds in Prince Edward County community. All funds raised in the County stay in the County.
How can you participate?

Donate to our team: Hearts for Hospice.
Hearts for Hospice team members are asked to keep track of all their steps for 28 days in May.
This year, the Hike for Hospice BBQ and wrap-up party will be held on June 8th at 10am at the Dunes Shelter at Sandbanks Provincial Park.
It'll be a fun way to kick off the walking season, meet new friends and enjoy the great outdoors.
