Masking Requirements Return to Health Care Settings in Prince Edward County September 3rd Preparations have begun across the region to address the upcoming respiratory illness season. Every effort is being made to ensure we keep our communities as healthy as possible this fall/winter season. PEFHT has aligned masking requirement plans with those of our hospital system.  Masking for team members, patients and visitors in patient-facing areas will be reinstated as of September 3 in advance of the respiratory season and will continue until spring 2025. Patient facing areas include examination rooms, clinical consult rooms, waiting rooms, bathrooms and other areas
