Mom-2-Be Program: Proudly Supporting ALL Expectant Women
The Mom-2-Be program is a unique prenatal program for EVERY expectant mother beginning early in her pregnancy and providing education, on-going nursing support as well as access to many resources and community programs and services.
New moms that are referred to this program from their health care provider will receive:
- One to one prenatal consultation with nurse
- Registration for classes/programs (including labour and delivery) currently on hold due to COVID.
