Tai Chi is every Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am; $ 5.00 a class and all are welcome.

Tai Chi classes are held in the Parish Hall at St. Mary Magdalene, then for the summer starting Wednesdays on June 29, they move to Benson Park until the weather turns in the Fall.
A few of people have started meeting in Benson Park on Mondays at 9:30 am to do informal stretching and Tai Chi - no instructor/no charge, and again all welcome.
