Walking to Wellness - KFL&A Public Health (kflaph.ca) - Jan. 8 - April 28, 2024
Walking to Wellness is a free, safe, and social indoor walking program for people of all ages to increase their physical activity. The program is offered at six municipal sites in the KFL&A area in partnership with the City of Kingston, Loyalist Township, and the Town of Greater Napanee. There is no registration or membership required.
Strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs are always welcome. Bring a friend or meet new people onsite!

Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre FDC Indoor Track is open seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. M-F, Weekends 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. (except for holidays and special events). Bring your indoor walking shoes. Lockers are available. Bring your own lock. No cost or registration
Wellington and District Community Centre Walking Track -111 Belleville Street, Wellington opens at 7am and you are welcome to come anytime to walk. No notice is required. The only exceptions to access the walking track is when the facility has paid admission activity. At this time Dukes Games are the only paid admission events.
